ViewStack - A Useful Enhancement

Now you can view the state of the stack.  This makes it much easier to know
which dataset is in which stack slot.  The stack view displays in a separate
window.  The title of each dataset is displayed.  Here's as example:

The view is activated from the Help menu.

Now you can see exactly what the stack commands do - push, drop, rotate up,
rotate down, and swap.
